My name is Steven Charny and I’m a very busy college student. Along with being busy, I enjoy listening to music when I work and attempt to be productive, and through all of my listenings I have found that jazz music is just fantastic. Not only is it great for studying, but it’s a wonderful genre to purely listen to and know about. With the average college student listening to anything from Lady Gaga to Ke$ha, to trash like Rebecca Black and Carly Rae Jepsen and thinking that artists like this actually make music, I’m here to show you how wrong the average college student is and how wonderful jazz is in all it’s facets.
